1.  Are all cards officially licensed and authentic?

    Yes, absolutely! All trading cards sold on our site are 100% authentic and sourced through official licensing agreements. We are proud authorized retailers for popular brands including Harry Potter™, My Little Pony™, TOKIDOKI™, and more. You can collect with confidence knowing you're getting genuine products.

2.  How is card rarity distinguished, and how is collectible value ensured?

     Card rarity is clearly indicated using a combination of border colors and specific symbols on the cards themselves. For example, a card with a gold border typically signifies a high rarity Ultra Rare (UR) card. We source cards directly from official source manufacturers, ensuring their authenticity and inherent collectible value. The rarity system is standardized by the card producers.

3.  What are the shipping costs for international orders? How long does delivery take?

    We offer free international shipping on orders that meet a minimum spend amount! Please refer to our detailed Shipping Policy page for specific qualifying amounts and eligible destinations.
     For standard international shipping, delivery times are typically approximately 7 to 25 business days after dispatch. Please note that these are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs processing or local postal services.


4.  What payment methods do you accept? Is payment secure?

     We accept all major credit/debit cards /Visa/ Mastercard, PayPal, and various popular local digital wallets (specific options depend on your region at checkout).

5.  What if I get duplicate cards in booster packs? Can I return or exchange them?

     Booster packs contain cards in randomized assortments, as is standard practice in the collectible card industry. A repetition rate of around 15%-20% for certain common cards is normal and part of the collecting experience. Therefore, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges simply due to duplicates received in sealed packs.
     However,if you receive any cards that are clearly misprints or physically damaged (e.g., major printing errors, bends, tears), please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the affected card(s), and we will happily arrange a free replacement** for those specific damaged or misprinted items.
