Return Time Limit

Requests accepted within 7 days after delivery only. Late requests will not be honored.

Returns ONLY

✅ Severely damaged products (unboxing video required)
✅ Incorrect/missing items (order proof + unboxing video required)
 Not accepted: Undesired card outcomes, outer box damage, slight imperfections, or subjective dissatisfaction.

MUST HAVING

full unboxing video (proving existed before delivery)
original packaging and intact products (with order proof)

Email must include:

Order number
Unboxing video & photos of defective items
Livestream unpacking screenshot (if applicable)
Issue description (wrong/missing item/damage details)

Return Process

Email request → Receive return address (reply within 1-3 business days)
Ship with order number and full name;on package.
Refund issued upon passing inspection (bank processing time applies).

As products are randomized, returns are ONLY for quality issues. Minor imperfections (e.g., slight card edge wear) are excluded.

"Delivered" status = successful fulfillment. No liability for subsequent loss/damage.

No reshipment/refund for address errors.

Undelivered claims require;written proof from logistics provider.
